Agentic Learners for Room 10
This is our Agentic Learners learner licence. Evreyone got to chose where the where and most people chose green but if Mrs O'B thought that we were not ready to be on green she would move us to red or orange.
I chose green green is when you can be inside or outside the classroom without asking the teacher you can adapt learning tasks to the way that suits you best when learning and is an expert/active learner who uses their skill to teach other people.
Swimming sports
We all had a great day at swimming sports the other day I got second in backstroke and butterfly,
this photo was taken when we were all in our house colour (red) before swimming sports in the classroom.

Great new technique if you need some ideas for a self portrait, Read to find out.
We used an art technique called cross-hatching to create our self portrait this year. This technique creates more of a 3d effect which is what we were wanting rather than just colouring ourselves in. Miss O'B had an A3 black and white photo of us. First we had to colour our pupil, iris and cornea with appropriate colours. We then used 'people crayons' which are made with skin tone colours. Using the two closest colours to our skin tone, we cross hatched our face starting at our forehead and moving down to our neck. The hardest part was our nose. We then coloured our hair, completed our school uniform and blocked out the background in a vibrant pastel colour so our faces stood out. So what do you think of my self portrait?

Room 10 Super Powers
What Are Room 10's Super Powers?
This week we were challenged to think about how we could be a helpful citizen in Room 10 and what super powers we could use? If we are going to have a fantastic year, it is crucial we help each other out in times of need, when asked and by using our initiative. Here is a photo of our faces transformed into Super Hero's and a speech bubble with our thinking. On the speech bubble we have identified one super power we are already good at using and another one we want to get better at using. My super powers are show respect to my classmates and help anyone that needs It.
